Registering an incident or complaint.

Registering an incident or complaint with Adeje town hall is very easy to do. It is up to each and every one of us to play our part by submitting any problems we encounter in our village. It can be anything from street lights not working, to broken tiles on the pavements, or even cleanliness or security issues. Anything you see that you believe is an issue, should be reported to the town hall straight away so that they can look in to it and try to get it fixed. It is also down to us to educate others and tell them about this useful service. If the town hall do not know about the problems, they will not be able to fix them.

Using this service is very simple, and below you can see the steps you have to take in order to register an incident or complaint via the Adeje.es website.

You will need to have the exact address, and whenever possible, a clear photograph of the problem. This will make it easier to sumbit the incident and for the town hall to understand and see what the issue is.

Go to their website

All you have to do is open your website browser and enter the website www.adeje.es

As clearly marked on the image to the left in orange, you will then need to click on the box that saysComunicación de incidencias which will take you to the next step in the process which you can see below.

Select the location

This is where you pinpoint the location of the incident on the map by dragging the icon to the right place using your mouse.

You can make the map bigger or smaller by pressing the “Ctrl” key and schrolling the wheel of your mouse.

Please be as precise as possible with the location.

Describe the incident

On this next screen, you can write a detailed description about the incident you are reporting and you can also add a photo. You can write the description in your own language, but we would recommend using Google Translate if you want to submit the incident in Spanish. Either way, it will be dealt with.

When you have finished, click the green “Siguiente” button to go to the next screen. ​

Add your contact details

The last screen is wher eyou fill in your contact details so that the ayuntamiento can keep you informed about what is happening with the incident.

You will have to tick the two boxes as well to allow them to contact you to keep you updated.

Then simply press the green “Enviar” button to complete the process.
